Software License Agreement
The full terms for every Zouaouid Tech app. They are identical across the product line, so this single agreement covers them all — jump to the section you need using the contents below.
1. License Grant
This software is licensed, not sold. This Software License Agreement (the "License") grants you, the purchaser, the right to use the app software (the "Software") subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Commercial Terms

| Transferability | The license is locked to the originally activated device and is non-transferable. |
| Multiple devices | Separate licenses are required for simultaneous use on multiple devices. |
| Duration | Once activated, the license provides permanent (lifetime) access on the licensed device. |
3. License Transfer Policy
The license is locked to the device on which it is first activated and is non-transferable.
Because activation codes are device-bound and validate offline, an issued code cannot be revoked or disabled once delivered. A transfer could therefore never remove the original device's ability to use the Software, allowing a single license to cover two computers.
No transfer requests will be approved, and no replacement activation code will be issued for a different device.
4. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Use a single license simultaneously on multiple devices
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Modify or create derivative works of the Software
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Software's licensing mechanisms
5. Version Compatibility and License Migration
5.1 Version-Specific Activation
Activation codes may be issued for a specific version or version range of the Software. The author does not guarantee that an activation code issued for one version will remain valid or functional in future versions. Purchasers are encouraged to keep a record of the version for which their activation code was issued.
5.2 Retention of Prior Versions
As older versions of the Software may not remain publicly available after newer releases are published, purchasers are strongly encouraged to retain a local copy of the version for which their activation code was originally issued.
Tip: keep a local backup of the installer and activation key for the version you activated. This helps ensure uninterrupted access if future versions introduce activation changes or compatibility differences.
5.3 License Migration
If an activation code becomes incompatible with a newer version of the Software, the purchaser may request a license migration to obtain an updated activation code compatible with the newer version.
Migration requests must be submitted through the support channels listed in Section 6. Migration is offered at the sole discretion of the Software author and may require verification of the original purchase.
5.4 No Guarantee of Migration Availability
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate migration requests, no guarantee is made that migration will be available for every version or circumstance.

7. Activation, Offline Use and License Recovery
7.1 Offline Usage
Once the Software has been properly activated, it may be used without a continuous Internet connection.
The Software does not require ongoing communication with the author's servers to continue functioning after activation.
7.2 Offline Activation Capability
Purchasers may activate and recover access to their Software using their issued activation key without permanent reliance on the author's servers.
The activation key serves as the purchaser's proof of license ownership and should be retained in a safe location.
7.3 Automatic Activation Convenience
For user convenience, the Software may automatically verify and reactivate a valid license when launched on an authorized device, including after a Windows reinstallation, system reset, or similar event.
This automatic process is provided as a convenience feature and is not intended to replace the purchaser's responsibility to retain their activation key.
7.4 Retention of Activation Key
Purchasers are strongly encouraged to securely store their activation key.
While the author intends to maintain activation services, no guarantee is made that servers, online activation systems, or automated license recovery services will remain available indefinitely.
Retaining a copy of the activation key helps ensure future access to the Software should online services become unavailable.
8. Data Collection and Privacy

9. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once an activation code has been generated and provided to the purchaser.
Reason: activation codes are device-bound and remain valid for offline use without requiring communication with our servers. Once an activation code has been issued, the associated license cannot be remotely revoked or withdrawn.
10. Warranty and Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The author does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Ownership and Copyright
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with the Software author.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
12. Termination
This License is effective until terminated.
Your right to use the Software terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this License. Termination ends the license grant only; it does not imply any remote deactivation of the Software.
